connection not recognized skyQlink wifi/celestron avx/skysafari 6 pro

Hello,
the message "if you are using a wi-fi connection, make sure that you have joined the wi-fi network of the telescope and enter its IP address correctly". The wi-fi connection is however established, the IP address is correct, however I do not know where to find the port number to enter. Could you help me ?.
