I recently purchased an access code from Pearson to gain access to the software of Starry Night Version 8. When attempting to download the software I receive a message from Windows saying that "this app cannot be ran on this device". This is all the details that the notification provided so I'm unsure of what the problem could be. I have Windows 10 installed as my OS. I'm looking to see if the issue could be with the graphics card I have downloaded. Any help would be awesome.

Hello, Starry Night College 8 should run on Windows 10. Do you encounter this issue when trying to download the program or install it? (screenshot might help) You can try the basic steps - make sure you are logged in as an Admin on the computer, check your firewall/proxy settings, and that you have all updates installed.

I appreciate you responding! It looks like all I needed was an update for my OS. I was unaware of an update I hadn't yet installed for Windows 10, and that seemed to do the trick. I' was able to install the software and open it up just fine and everything seems to be working properely. Appreciate your help!
