Steenkh I have this telescope, and I have used it with SkySafari and SkyFi III for 4 years without problems. It may be that your telescope, being newer, has another software or control than the Nexstar Plus Hand Control that I have, in which case your situation is different than mine.

Evangelos Kaf Thank you very much for your answer. I haven't bought the telescope yet but I am going to buy it soon!

Steenkh I am very satisfied with mine, but I have to warn you that it is a bit heavy with the two parts weighing 25 kg each. But I have lugged it around many times with a smile on my lips. In the house I move it on a floor dolly, and I have made rubber ramps to cross the doorsteps.
Many will think that a SkyFi is a very expensive piece of equipment, but once you have it and SkySafari, you quickly find it indispensable. If I have guests, I search for Tonight's Best, and choose to mark them on the screen so that these 'best' objects light up all over the map. It is like a large gift shop where you are allowed to pick everything you want! Select an object and press Go To, and the telescope moves while you sit in a chair with a drink, looking for meteors or satellites :)

Keiron Smith We are presently beta testing native support for SkyWatcher's WiFi module here:
Beta Testing SkySafari 6 (iOS Only) & SynScan WiFi - Read This To Participate!
Thanks!

Steenkh My telescope did not come with a WiFi module, but it is great if newer telescopes come with such a module.

Evangelos Kaf By wifi module I mean sky watcher's wifi unit which is attached to SynScan mount's hand control. It is sold separately but it is not so expensive. Mr Keiron Smith, will be a beta testing SkySafari 6 android app and SynScan wifi ?

Keiron Smith Beta-testing is only for iOS at this time. But, iOS users have been required to use 2 iOS devices in order to make the connection. With Android you can already make the connection using 1 device - though you will have to run 2 apps at the same time on your Android device, but that is OK, not a problem for Android OS.
