How To Connect SkySafari 6 Plus + Home WiFi via ZWO ASIAIR + EQMOD Cable + SkyWatcher EQ6R Pro? (Answer: Read On!)

Hi,
I am attempting to connect the SkySafari 6 plus to my home wifi via a ZWO ASIAIR and an EQMOD cable to my Skywatcher EQ6RPro.
The configuration I came across in a forum details the ability to toggle between wifi and Bluetooth however these options are missing from the telescope configuration page. Does this limit connections only via your proprietary dongles? I purchased the 6 plus version last week from the apple App Store.

  Same situation here, Skywatcher EQ6R, Android SkySafary 6 Pro, ZWO AsiAir Pro. AsiAir Pro use EQMOD to Skywatcher via USB, ZWO AsiaIr Pro a wired connection to home Network, how can i now connect to SkySafari Pro.

  I must have found the same information on the ZWO website that enables the ASIAIR Pro to work with SkySafari Plus(AZ-GTI mount).

  Just tried it indoors, seems to work and now back to waiting for a decent weather window to test outside.

  Strange settings, but they appear to work.
