Hi, I have just purchased a Celestron Telescope and gone to install Starry Night 8 Basic Edition, as you get a leaflet for a download code to install it for free. I keep getting a 0xc00007b error when trying to start the program, and I have done all the necesary updates to try and fix the issue. Is this a known issue? Would it be possible for you to advise on a potential solution?
