As a Starry Night Pro Plus 8 and SkySafari Pro user, I have tried numerous times to subscribe to LiveSky Premium. Each time my Mastercard is declined. I have cleared this transaction with the fraud division of my bank and there are more than sufficient funds on the card. I have raised this problem on this forum and directly to Dave Whipps at least more than a week ago but have not received a response. I appreciate that the current COVID-19 crisis may be affecting the company's ability to react to problems but would have thought that questions to this forum could be responded to remotely as a minimum to reassure posters that their query is being heard.

I'm sorry I missed your email. I'll reply to you there as well, but for the benefit of others who may come across this, I suspect that it has to do with your credit card billing address being in (I'm guessing) South Africa? I'm going to check deeper into this and reply by email.

Thanks for getting back to me. PayPal is an option but I am still unsure of the exact benefits of a premium account so had hoped to enjoy the two week trial period.I’m also presuming I would experience the same problem each year.Regards, Paul
