Hi, I'm hoping to have a quicker answer here since time is short.

I bought starry not long ago and downloaded it. Unfortunately, made a mistake because it was on Windows 7.

I wanted to download it again on Windows 10 after I copied to my USB stick but it won't copy it to the W10 computer.

What can I do?

I have a deadline for a study and need to have the software working today.

Can someone help me please?
