Skysafari 6 Pro Pausing And Dropping Out On An iPad Mini (Answer: Reboot, Reinstall App)

My ipad mini freezes or pauses a few times then minimizes while trying to run Skysafari6 pro. The ipad mini is up to date software. Skysafari6 pro is current. I'm using a 17.5" dob w/basic encoders w/wifi chip. The unit worked 3 days ago on my Iphone and my friends android. My ipad mini kept losing the connection to the scope every few minutes progressing to less than a minute. Now it's pausing/locking/freezing then minimizing just running the app in my living room. I still have Skysafari5 pro on my ipad mini and it seems to run fine without locking up. I haven't tried to connect to my scope yet with 5. 6 takes 18 seconds to load, 5 takes 10 seconds to load. I have 2 GB free memory on the ipad mini.
