Is SkySafari 6 Supported On Amazon Fire Tablets? (Answer: No, Not Officially)

I have installed the Google Play store onto my Fire 7 Tablet. In my Family Library the Sky Safari 6 Plus link is there but when I choose it I am asked to pay £6.49 again. In the FAQ's it says that the Android version can be used across multiple devices. Do I have to pay again to use the software on my tablet.

  Hi Paul,

  Amazon fire tablets are not officially supported.  They're not running standard Android OS.

  If you're logged into Google Play Store using the same account used to purchase SS6 Plus then the download should be available for free again.

  Look in Google Play Store (app on device) > My Apps and Games
