I was having issues installing SN8SE and had to reinstall it. When I did I uninstalled all the programs that came with. Now I have fixed the issue and reinstalled SN8SE but have lost the programs I uninstalled. How do I get them back?

Keiron Smith Hi David,
If you have successfully installed SN8SE then everything included with SN8SE should also be installed. Please be more specific about what exactly you believe is missing. Or, tell me what you are trying to accomplish, that you can't for some reason.

David Hudgins Hi Keiron, Thank you for your response. I believe I am missing ASCOM drivers used for controlling the mount via a PC. "Synscan". used for Orion I have been on the ASCOM web page but I cant seem to find what I need. I'm really new to this.

Keiron Smith Unless you uninstalled the Ascom platform and drivers that were installed the first time, they are still there. Uninstalling Starry Night only uninstalls Starry Night, nothing else.

This driver is for all mounts that use the Synta SkyWatcher SynScan controller, including those provided by Orion etc. It should work with both AltAz and GEM mounts. The SynScan Hand Controller version must be 3.38 or 4.38 or later to get full functionality but limited functionality should be available for all HC versions.
