I paid for the subscription, but nothing is happening but a blank screen with a little "i" on it. It worked before, then stopped before the purchase.

  I don't know what but I have to re-post as I can't send in a request for this. It is not letting me submit.

  1. Please attach a screenshot of blank screen with a little "i" on it.
  2. What OS are you using?
  3. What version of SkySafari? Help > Please scroll to the bottom > version number?

  It is the same thing if I press the other buttons on the bottom.

  When I press selection, too, the app quits and dies.

  What about pressing the minus button repeatedly?  I think maybe you are just zoomed in to a very narrow/tiny FOV.

  LOL that made the app crash twice in a row. Restart required? Will remove app and re-install now.

  Actually, which version then do I choose? I had the free one before, then purchased, but that did nothing.

  Look in Google Play Store (app on your device) > My Apps and Games 

  ^^^ All your previous purchases are listed in that category.
