  Hi Uhlan, 

  Sorry, phone support is only available for select issues where deemed necessary, and only after a ticket has first been submitted.  

  We are a small company can not provide phone support to everyone at this time.

  We have also worked very hard to create this very active community forum so everyone can help one another.  We have many knowledgeable community members.  

  Answers for "how-to" questions and successful troubleshooting will be found in the community forums.  And, developers are reading the posts in here too.
