[UX Issue] Observing List Panel Button Labels Are Not Readable

Under MacOS Mojave 10.14.6, the button labels in the Observing Lists panel are not readable unless magnified. (See images)

Under MacOS El Capitan 10.11.6, the button labels are only slightly more readable. Just barely enough to be visible without magnifying the screen.

    Version 6.7.2 Pro.

    FYI: It's not under the help menu.
