I have been working on this for about 4 hours now getting nowhere. I have a download code for this, as I just bought the telescope. I follow the instructions, and all seems to be going well, after it said I needed to download the ascom driver 6.5 to my lap top windows 10 computer. Then it went thru all the way seeming fine, all the way to hitting finish. So then I want to open it and then again it wants to download everything again, that it is not finished. Happened like 6 times already now. I have no clue what to do, but this sure is frustrating. I do not have windows defender or anything on my computer stopping the install. All goes well, looking good, and after hitting finish,means nothing.
