After some issues related with Observing Lists and Observations, as detailed in:
I de- and reinstalled SkySafari 6 pro twice.
- It did solve the problem of being unable to create new Observing Lists that are larger than 400 objects, but my Observations and Sessions won't show up. Looking into LiveSky, all Observations and Sessions are there but they do not synchronise. LiveSky doesn't offer an option to download them manually.
- Upon first synchronisation after installation, only the first 400 objects of each Observing List larger than 400 objects were downloaded automatically. LiveSky displays 400 objects too, but when downloading them manually, all objects show up in SkySafari. The problem is that those Observing Lists with 400 objects keep showing up in SkySafari, no matter how often I delete them (with or without Internet access during deletion). Both issues occurred after each de- and reinstallation but not before the first deinstallation. Could you please look into my LiveSky account? Maybe you can figure out what the problem is.
- I failed to submit a ticket. It is mandatory to check off "All SkySafari inquiries are addressed in the Community Forums (Check the box to access)" and "Enter your request in the community forums". The problem is that when I check off the first box, the community forums appear. When I return to the page, the box for the second bullet point disappears. If I choose "submit a ticket" it says that "Enter your request in the community forums: cannot be blank" but there is no box to check off. On the other hand, if I check off "Enter your request in the community forums" first, then "All SkySafari inquiries are addressed in the Community Forums (Check the box to access)" and then "submit a ticket" the same error is displayed because apparently the box "Enter your request in the community forums" is no longer checked off after the other box was chosen.
