Why Does iPad Pro + iOS14.3 + Celestron WiFi + SkySafari 5 Pro Result In Sticky Control Buttons? (Answer: Read on!)

I have a Celestron 6se, with a SlyPortal Wifi module connecting my iPad Pro, OS14.3 with SkySafari 5 Pro to the scope. When I touch the scope pointing arrow buttons, often a delay reaction to movement, and typically when I take my finger off the button, the scope continues to move for a short time.  Trying to get an object centered in the scope is almost impossible.  Is there a setting I’m missing?  Do I need to upgrade to version 6?
