Is SkySafari V8 Pro Available For MacOS? (Answer: Yes - Read On!)

    Hi Stuart, 

    The iOS/iPadOS version of SkySafari 8 is compatible with Apple Silicon Macs.

    SkySafari premium is a monthly/annual subscription.  So, it is not lifetime access - read more here:

    Thanks. OK I have now purchased Pro 8. I was hoping some of the objects would be better defined and illustrated than Pro 7 but sorry to see no difference. For example, NGC7380 is commonly known as the Wizard Nebula but you don't use the word "wizard" in your description so is not easily searchable, and there is no image of what you call a "bright nebula" at all. Similarly the Elephant Trunk nebula has no illustration This means you can't easily frame the view that you want from the telescope. 

    Is there some way to show these nebula in the settings? Or is it simply that you haven't bothered to illustrate them? If the latter it rather defeats the purpose of the app and means I may swell have stuck with V7.
