Bruno Brotas Well, I have the same issue. Even SkySafari has Alpaca and recognizes the Seestar telescope. I think it’s not well implemented yet. I can only control Seestar after connecting through the Seestar app. It doesn’t work with SkySafari alone. Maybe future updates will fix this, but I think it’s heading in the right direction.

Rick Summerfield Bruno,
After a little bit of experimenting, I found that if you set the camera preset to "auto detect". Then connect to the S50 via the Telephone preset, which allows me to move the S50, then you can connect to the camera. I've taken an image of the Sun, using just SS8, Unfortunately you can focus the S50 in SS8. -
Keiron Smith Kyle Hendicks can you help answer this question?

Bruno Brotas I set it to auto-connect. The SkySafari connects to the camera, but no image at all. I believe it works, but it needs more work. I think it will be the most important update ever.We need something like the Celestron Origin with SkySafari 8 pro.
