Help Explain SkySafari 8 Pro Vs The Additional Premium Subscription (Answer: Read On!)

I subscribed to Sky Safari 8 and paid 34.99. They then asked if I wanted to upgrade to 8 pro. I said yes thinking I would pay the difference between the regular and pro subscription. But instead they charged me for a whole new app for 49.99!!!. So I paid twice! Why would I want to keep the regular version when I had the pro version! It is a deliberate con and I am very dissatisfied!

    You cannot pay for SkySafari 8 Pro twice using the same Apple App Store account.  It is not possible.

    We offer SkySafari 8 Pro and a premium subscription.  The app is one price, the subscription is another price.  See here:

    So, likely, you have purchased SkySafari 8 Pro (the app) and then purchase the additional premium subscription.

    The premium subscription offers a trial, so if you just purchased it you can cancel it, no problem.

    Please check your receipts to see what you have been charged for and let us know if there is still a confusion.
