Samsung Tab A11-no zenith view?

Is there any sort of fix for the Samsung Tab A11 with SS7+  where it doesn't go to zenith when in live view?  Is it all of them or does my tablet have a defect?

    Please provide a screen recording that demonstrates this issue, and also the following info:

    1. App and version.  See Help > scroll to the bottom.
    2. Android OS.

    What I'm seeing in the video you shared is that the chart 'blacks out' when showing zenith when the compass is turned on.  Is that the issue you are trying to demonstrate?

    Can you verify that it doesn't happen when not in compass mode (when the compass is off and you drag the chart so that it should display zenith).

    Can you attach an android log here?  (Settings->Help->Scroll to the bottom->Email Log File).

    You are correct on both accounts. I cannot find the help section to send an Android log.

    In SS7 when you select "Menu" Help should be near the bottom of the list.
