When will my order ship?

Hi, I ordered a restaurant Wi-Fi adapter from you six days ago. Your email said you would let me know when it ships. There was no further email. I thought I had ordered in plenty of time for my trip on Wednesday next week. I am not worried that I'm not going to receive this in time for the trip. If it is not in stock, you really should have let me know and not wasted my time. Let me know what is going on, please.

    Per the official sales rep reply to your email:

    Unfortunately, the item is on backorder until late June.  We will cancel the order. 

    Sorry.
