I have iOS SkySafari 8 Plus, Premium features are working there (annual subscription)

In LiveSky.com my data shows (equipment, FOV, site). However, I am still offered to purchase LiveSky Premium.

  Yes, email address is the same in app and web.

  Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same problem and my support ticket is over 2 months old and it is still not working.
