I have not been able to use my Celestron telescope, and I need to download my app and start over. My password 🔑 only work on one download. How to I get a new one???

  Which app are you trying to use?

  1. Celestron's StarSense Explorer app for iOS/Android.
  2. Starry Night Celestron SE for Windows 10/11/MacOs
