"Additional File For Sky Safari 6 Pro" Notification, Download Stuck At 0% (Answer: Delete And Reinstall SS6 Pro Again)

For several days I've had a notification "Additional file for Sky Safari 6 Pro" on my phone.  Launching the app shows a download stuck at 0%. I've tried restarting the phone and shutting it down completely. The phone is a Pixel 3 with Android 11 and all system updates. Sugestions?

  Please delete SS6 Pro and reinstall the main app again.
