[StartUp]* SkySafari Fails To Run On Android (Fix Coming Soon)

Hi,

I've purchased SkySafari 6 Pro two months ago a it was working fine since today. Now I'm unable to start the application. It crashes immediately after I launch it. I've show the logo for approximately 1 second and the the application crashes.

What can I do to help you fix this issue that avoid me to use the application I bought ?

Here are information about my device:
- Lenovo Tab P11 Pro (Model TB-J706L)
- Android Version 10
- Kernel Version 4.14.117-perf+
- Software Version TB-J706L_RF01_210430

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? Good luck!

    Yes I've tried, and reboot several times but does not work better.

    Christophe,

    Please try uninstalling, disable data, reinstall using WiFi only.

    Reinstall using Google Play Store app (on your device) > My Apps and Games

    Let us know if that makes any difference.

    Thanks for your help. Unfortunately it does not work better. Same behavior.

    Note that when I install the application after downloading and installing the application it start another download (inside google play store) that seems to end at ~75%. Perhaps this can help you debug the problem.

    Interesting, as that solution has been reportedly successful for other users with the same issue.

    That said, developers have a proper fix in the pipeline, currently in beta, and should be publicly available very soon.

    Hi Keiron,

    I had installed the latest version but the issue still exist, but ...

    I've made some test on my side and found a workaround. I've disabled the external SD, re-installed the latest version and now it work fine. Effectively, the application has been now installed on the internal storage instead of the external one. Note that the application was automatically installed on the external storage if I do not disable it, I don't now why. Perhaps because I move the application on it when I installed it the first time. I haven't tried yet to re-enable the external storage to see if the application is still working.
