[UX Issue]* SkySafari Pro On Android Cancelling The PGC And GAIA IPA Extension Purchases? (Answer: Fix Coming In Next Update)

I have just bought a new Android tablet and installed SkySafari 6 Pro on it. I added the GAIA and PGC extensions and that went well. However two days later Google cancelled the extensions with no reason given and they of course uninstalled. I have reinstalled the extensions but expect that Google will cancel them again. Is this because I also have the extensions enabled on an iOS device and wondered if there is some conflict at SimCur which is causing Google to uninstall the databases.?  There is no issue with the main SkySafari 6 Pro app but the inApp purchases have an issue and it is kind of frustrating

  There is no conflict with iOS.  

  We will fix this soon in the next app update.

  You aren't alone Owen. I had up to 3 times that bug in Android + Gaia  too. I'm waiting now for the update (no hurry actually, clouds seem to have foud a great home here...).

  In recent months the SkySafari 6 code base has been refactored in order to optimize the app for installation, and other efficiencies related to present and future Android OS updates.  A part of that refactoring has included changing the process used to deliver data.  Obviously, something in the latest SS6 Android update has created the current issues everyone is experiencing, and we apologize for that.  We will have it resolved with a fix released as soon as possible.

  I've installed the new update and bought the GAIA extension.  I'm only installing it in my tablet, not in my phone. Now crossing fingers!

  Thanks Keiron. I have installed the new update and after some issues with that I reinstalled the PGC and GAIA updates and it is holding so far.

  Hi Keiron, it was that version, which was active on July 10. Payment came back July 13.

  Hi Keiron, I'm using 6.8.6.1 since July 21 on Android 7 and since July 24 also on Android 11.. PGC / Gaia were installed on Android 7. 

  But I haven't tried to install them again.
