How To Display FOV Indicators In SkySafari 7 Pro? (Answer: Read On!)

Dear SkySafari Team,

I have just updated to Pro 7 from Pro 6. I have defined my equipment as done in V5 and V6. But whatever I do, I cannot make any FOV indicator visible. Neither custom equipment, nor equipment from database, nor telrad nor crosshair. Is there any additional setting to be set? In older version there have been additional switches e.g. "show even when scope is not connected". 

I have tried on three different devices without success, so I guess it is a setting/handling issue.

Please provide a hint what to do to make them visible again. Thank you in advance!

    Thanks, that fixed it for me!  Now that you've pointed it out, I see a note in the help file that that icon is called "options" and some of what it does.

    But when setting the angle, the screen gets corupted and reduced to small vertical stripe.

    With SkySafari 6, when I moved the FOV for a scope/camera combo in equatorial mode, it would naturally let me move the screen with alt/az simplicity but rotate the FOV so I knew what it would look like. That doesn’t seem to happen anymore.

    It also seems to have a problem with portrait versus landscape mode…

    Edit: Quitting and restarting helped.  BUT there is still a glitch when navigating in portrait mode, getting close to the horizon and then it seems like the directions get wonky and my taps no longer translate into proper motion.  This is with an iPhone 12 Pro Max.
