My 8SE handset has a USB port. The base has two ports (AUX and Auto Guide). I have recently downloaded/installed SN Celestron SE on my MacBook Pro running Mac OS Monterey. I did not receive any cables with my 8SE. I want to control my telescope using SN Celestron SE. Looks like I need to purchase SkyFi 3.

Does SkyFi 3 connect to the handset or the base or both? If so, what cables are required?

Given the price tag, I just want to make sure I order everything I need. Thanks.

  SkyFi 3 connects to the hand controller via a USB-A to USB-mini cable.

  Note, the USB cable must be able to transfer data.  A charging cable is not sufficient.
