Why Is Sky Safari 7 Pro Not Recognizing My 32-bit RGBA Custom Horizon Image? (Answer: Background Must Be Transparent - Read On!)

Hello,

I have tried to add the following file as a custom horizon in Sky Safari 7 Pro but I do not see it appearing in my list of horizons. It has been added into the root folder of Sky Safari using the Files app on my IPad Mini 6 but it still doesn’t show up. Am I doing something incorrectly?

Here is the link to the PNG file:

Thanks,

FYI the problem was that the sky in the PNG file was not made to be transparent. After removing the sky and making sure that the alpha channel had the ground as black (masked), it appeared in my list of horizons right at the bottom.
