Rigel B does not show up on the chart nor when issuing a find. Rigel B is the 6th magnitude companion of the 0 magnitude Rigel with a separation of 9" .
It appears that there are no stars listed within 5' of Rigel. When viewing with All Sky on, Rigel's brightness swamps that area. With All Sky off, the area is just devoid of stars.
Do i need to load another star database to see the missing stars?
What version of Starry Night are you using?

While it's impressive that SNP displays mag 22 stars, USNO J05143220081205 is not Rigel B (Beta Ori B). The star you highlight is a mag 22 star at a distances of 0.05" from Rigel. Rigel B is a mag 6.7 star at a distance of 9.5" from Rigel. Something that might be possible to image with my HD11 scope.
I am using Starry Night Pro Plus v 7.3.1.602 (beta), STP+ v 8.0.0.2050 both on a PC and also the latest versions on IOS of SkySafari 6.8.5 and SF 7.0.2. None of these can find Rigel B or display it on the chart.
Using SNP 8 and setting the stars to display at the max, there seems to be a void around Rigel of about 40". I have include two views, one of SNP8 with fov for an HD11 and 24mm eyepiece. And a second view of Stellarium with the same FoV. Stallarium show Rigel B at that scale. Skysafari doesn't have the same void, but neither v6 of v7 show the mag 6.7 Rigel B.
I didn't think it was Rigel B, but sharing it just in case.
I do recall this query has been made before. And, in SkySafari 7.1 it will be possible to add custom objects, so you will be able to add Rigel B yourself.
Starry Night and SkySafari use third party star catalogues, and as such, if Rigel B is missing from those catalogues there has been, until SS 7.1, not much we could do about it.
