How To Configure The Celestron StarSense EXPLORER DX 130AZ + Samsung S8? (Answer: Contact Celestron Support - Read On!)

I just bought StarSense EXPLORER DX 130AZ and want to setup and align my Samsung S8 mobile phone to the telescope. However when I center phone camera over mirror, it always shows a black or white screen instead of the reflected view from mirror. I have tried my daughter's iPhone 11 and it works. 

My Samsung mobile model is SM-G950F ( Android 9) and made in 2017 which should be supported based on the supported device list.

Does anyone know what is happening and has similar experience?
