Why Are The Constellation Using Specific Colors? (Answer: Read On!)

I am trying to learn the constellations of other cultures, and Starry Night Pro 8 helps. 

I noticed that Starry Night Pro uses a uniform color (blue) for the following cultures:  Astronomical, Boorong, Oriental Moon Stations, Rey's, Torres Strait

The following cultures' constellations are represented with different colors:  Chinese, Nakshatras

What are the significances of the different colors, if any?  This will be helpful to me when educating others.

    Sorry, we can not say whether the colors used are relevant to the constellations or the cultures.  The developers that added the constellation code did so 10 - 20 years ago, and are no longer working with the software.
