Connection issues SkyFI with AN / ServoCat

Hello

 

My SkyFi used to work fine with my ArgoNavis and ServoCat. However todat it was making connection but the scope is not responding (that's the error message I receive on SF). As I said it used to work fine. 

 

Any idea what this could be?

  Hello meagain,

   

  this morning I tried to connect again withour success (the scope was not alligned). I have now also saved the log file:

   

  Sent ASCII at 2022/01/25 08:15:22 with error 0:
  v
  Received ASCII at 2022/01/25 08:15:23 with error -13:

  Can someone tell me what's going wrong?

  Please provide the following info: 

  1. App and version?
  2. OS version?
  3. Device?
  4. Scope and mount?
  5. What hand controller firmware?
  6. WiFi hardware?
  7. SkySafari Scope Type?
  8. SkySafari Telescope Setup Settings?
  9. Alignment Process?
  10. Screenshot of error message.
