Here it is March 2022 and I am having the same problems as folks in the earlier thread, which apparently was never fully answered or solved by you guys. I can connect with SkySafari Plus but the scope does not respond (I have a Meade LX200, ETX125, and LX85. And, yes, I tried all the gyrations to get it to work - and even used the Meade 505 cable system. What kind of a product is this? Looks like it is too late for me to return it to High Point Scientific. I cannot believe there are many happy customers with this product. This should have been seamless. But it is just the opposite. Do you guys stand behind your product or what?
