How To Access Livesky.com Using SkySafari Pro 7? (Answer: Open A Browser Tab And GoTo LiveSky.com)

On both my iPad and my iPhone, with Skysafari PRO version 7, I can't log into Livesky from the app.  I have had an account for a few years and have other Skysafari versions accessing Livesky with no difficulty.  

After installation, I went into Settings>Livesky, provided email address, received the verification email and responded with 'success', and when I go back into the app and try to invoke Livesky, I am challenged with 're-send verification email'.  I have successfully completed the loop with the verification email several times, and I am still not able to connect to Livesky from the app.  The same thing happens on both my iPhone and my iPad.

  Neil Lefevre,

  When you login to LiveSky.com via a web browser, using the same email and password that you are using in SS7, do you see your data; i.e. equipment lists, FOV indicators, etc, online in LiveSky.com?

  Yes Kieron, when I log into the browser, everything is there.  It works the way it is supposed to with my Skysafari version 6 PLUS as well as version 6 PRO

  Hello Neil,

  When you go back to "invoke" LiveSky what do you mean? If you go back to the LiveSky setting in Sky Safari, does it show your email, email verified, and subscription level?

  The "Resend verification email" link will still be there after you login.

  What I mean by 'invoke' is:  I launch the app and try to access Livesky thru the app. Below is a screenshot--- ,there is no link to Login to Livesky.

  Hello Neil,

  The ability to access LiveSky via the Sky Safari app was removed in version 7. When you login to LiveSky in Sky Safari it will sync your data and keep you data synced. You can view and export your data from the LiveSky interface. LiveSky Premium subscribers can also edit and add data that will sync with their Sky Safari accounts.
