Live Sky Subscription

I don't recall if I am still paying for Live Sky which I signed up a few years ago.  I signed up because I wanted my settings to be shared between my Ipad and my Iphone.

Is this service still avialble?

    Hello Conrad,

LiveSky is available and we are constantly working to add new features. You are a premium subscriber and it looks like your subscription will renew on Aug 27, 2022.

How do I get into LiveSky?  I have not used in years and how much am I paying for it?  I just downloaded the Testflight Beta Version and I don't see all of my observation settings.  My Iphone has the Beta Version and I am still running the older version on my Ipad.

You may need to go to livesky.com and reset your password. Then, from the settings menu in SkySafari you can login to LiveSky and your previous information and data will be synced. LiveSky is $19.99 per year. You can manage your subscription by clicking on the "Manage Subscription" tab under your email address in the top right corner at livesky.com.

    Conrad,

In order to have your data synched between your iOS devices, ensure you know your login and password (go to www.livesky.com and just try to login, you'll know right away if you're properly signed up.)

Then, simply open SkySafari on your iOS device, tap Menu > Settings > LiveSky | "Login to Existing Account".

Enter the same email and password that you used at www.livesky.com and you will be logged in, and all of your data will sync to your iOS device.

Repeat the process on any other iOS devices that you want to sync the same SkySafari data onto.

Note that you do NOT have to have a livesky "premium" membership to sync your data between devices (that feature comes free). "Premium" does however offer your several other interesting and useful features, especially if you're testing out the latest version of SkySafari from TestFlight.

    Hope that helps!
