I'm on the fence about purchasing Sky Safari 7 Pro from 6 pro. I don't have a go-to scope but a basic dob...so I star-hop to the objects. Does Sky Safari 7 pro still allow for FOV for various scopes and eyepieces even if not "connected" to a scope (like 6 pro)? I also would like to flip the image in the FOV eyepiece to be like a Newtonian (upside-down). I read a review that you weren't allowed to do that and wanted to check if this true before I purchase this product. Any information would be appreciated! thanks!
