Kohoutek 4-8 (K 4-8), in the "Perek-Kohoutek Catalogue of Planetary Nebulae", is located at RA: 18h54.3m, and DEC: -08d47m. Images I have seen of the area agree with this. The position shown in SF6 is incorrect.
