Hi folks, tried to access premium membership with my account which has been running basic access for several years now. I was directed to a page that only has one red button to update payment informations, but which is non-responsive.
Created another (new) account and it worked from the start. But I am loosing a ton of observing list and equipment data. I would not mind to continue with the new account, is there a way to transfer user data. Or how can the problem with my old account be solved. Thanks for any feedback. CS Wolfgang
