Premium membership does not work on my account

Hi folks, tried to access premium membership with my account which has been running basic access for several years now. I was directed to a page that only has one red button to update payment informations, but which is non-responsive.  

Created another (new) account and it worked from the start. But I am loosing a ton of observing list and equipment data. I would not mind to continue with the new account, is there a way to transfer user data. Or how can the problem with my old account be solved. Thanks for any feedback. CS Wolfgang

    Since all of your previous information is linked to your old account, it will probably be easier to upgrade it to premium. I'll look into this issue and get back to you today.

    When you tried to upgrade you account did you do it through the website or a mobile app? If you were on the website can you tell me what browser you were using and what version and operating system?

    I tried it from the website using diffrent devices, all leading to the same result.

    MacBook  macOS monterey 12.0.1. & Safari browser 15.1 (17612.2.9.1.20)

    ipad pro ipadOS 15.5, latest version, Safari browser for iPad latest version

    PC Desktop Win10 Pro 21H2 Build 19044.1766, using

    1) MS Edge 103.0.1264.49 (06.07.2022)H2 Build 

    2) Google Chrome 103.0.5060.114 (04.07.2022)

    As mentioned before, for trial purposes I created another livesky account with diffrent email adress, with any of the devices mentioned above I would have been able to access a trial premium membership.
