[Tracking Issue] SkySafari 6 & 7 Not Working For Celestron WiFi (Fixed In Latest Update)

SkySafari 6 Pro says it can connect to Celestron WiFi but the telescope is not responding.

SkySafari 7 Pro connects to Celestron WiFi and find works ok but does not track an object properly.

SkyPortal does work ok but I much prefer SkySafari 

Can one of the SkySafari bugs be fixed so that one version of the other of the Software is working for Celestron WiFi users?  There must be a lot of us out there that are having this problem.

    I agree that this needs to get sorted out. I have both the Celestron SkPortal app and Sky Safari 7 Pro on my iPhone... and neither seems to work well with the Celestron Sky Portal Wi-Fi device on my AVX mount. As stated, one seems to connect to the Wi-Fi-device and all works fine for a few minutes, then comes the message that the telescope is not responding. And Sky Safari 7 Pro stays connected but the mount will not track the selected object. Maybe there is a firmware compatibility issue between the SkyPortal device (hardware) and the AVX mount (hardware) and the software apps?

    SkySafari 7 appears to be tracking correctly now with the latest release.

    I have SKYSafari 7 Pro Ver. 7.1.3 It does not track. Is it suppose to track automatedly or do I need to set it?
