SkyHub 2: no communication error via Android Bluetooth

Error shows Sky Safari can establish a wireless connection, but can't communicate with telescope.

Using Bluetooth 4.0 on a tablet running Android 

Triple checked settings

Basic Alt/Az on Hubble Optics UL 16

Any ideas?
