Nexus-II is a Push-To type of Digital Setting Circles (DSC) system. Under "Presets" I have Scope Type = "Basic Encoder System" and Mount Type = "Equatorial Puch-To". When I connect to the Nexis-II, the sky map on the screen operates in the reverse direction for DEC (when I push up in DEC on the scope, the display moves down in DEC (the opposite direction) and also on a push down in DEC the screen moves up in DEC. The RA works fine in both directions. I know you have a "Reverse N/S setting" but when I engage the setting nothing changes, It still moves in the wrong direction. I have tried to shutdown the App and restart the APP with the revers set, but no luck, still incorrect. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to correct this problem? Thanks Ed

Keiron Smith Ed,
Did you resolve this issue?
Is it possible that you have the SkySafari chart set to "Flip Horizontal". I'm thinking that the scope is moving correctly but the motion appears backwards on the chart because you have it flipped. Go into the Settings > Coordinates to see if they are flipped.
Another user with the same issue (using a Tak Temma) found that he "had to turn the telescopic fix on my mount 90 degrees, and the movements became correct." He initially fixed it by aligning on a star to the East.
Read more here:
Not the same scope, but hopefully gives you an insight into what could be the cause of the issue.
Thanks!
