[Time Control]* Changing Time By Month Changes Time By One Hour

Hi,

I want to jump through the your month by month to check the visibility of objects with my individual horizon file.

When setting the 1st January, 20:00h and selecting the month control and pressing the increase/decrease buttons, the day and the time is changed as well. So I will end on 28. september at 21:00h for example and not on the 1st octobre 20:00h as I assume.

Please fix this bug. I have found this bug report already for SS6 in the forum.
