I am writing this on my PC since all attempte to submit a ticket and post on the forum via my iphone and ipad have been unsuccessful. I recently purchased SkySafari 7 [version 7.1.3 (1060)] and am using it successfully on my iphone (iphone 14 pro max using ios 16.1) and ipad pro 11 inch (MTXT2LL/A using iPadOS 16.1) with one exception. I am unable to install the GAIA database extension, the apollo missions and the PGC Galaxy database. For example, I was able to get the "double click to install" prompts to install these but then nothing happened. When I went back to the in app purchase screen and tried to restore the purchase nothing happened. I then tapped on the item (PGC for instance) and was taken back to the double click screen. I double clicked and was told the item was already purchased and would I like to get it again for free. I indicated yes and I received the prompt "your all set. your purchase was success full. I then tried to restor purchase and I received the error "(SKErrorDomain error 2.): (null)". I received that error message when I tried to install the other in app free purchases also. I tried this on my ipad and received the same error messages. Do you have any suggestions on how I can install these options properly?
