    Error: Ascom Utilities Exception….profile not found in registry; Exception encountered opening key-Results 0x5.

    For the above error message, or ANY other Ascom error message reinstall Ascom platform.

    Please delete Ascom from Control Panel ---> Programs and features.

    Then reinstall Ascom from here http://ascom-standards.org/Downloads/Index.htm
