The software does not load. Stalls at “Initializing plugins”. But this does not happen when I am logged in. See attached image. The Windows message. This program is not responding. Click here to cancel or wait for program to respond… Either choice it never opens. OS: Windows 10
What I ended up doing is, reimage her laptop, made her a local admin, installed, launched, and registered the software, rebooted, logged back in as her to make sure it would still launch, and then removed her as admin. It is working now.
