how can you use a different browser when the website now wont let re download it after 2 attempts, i attempted to download it to both my computers

Did you succeed with the download?  I reset your download link, and replied with advice in an email.  Please let me know if you are up and running.

My computer froze and crashed mid download (well less then 300mb downloaded.) now i can't restart the download and the link in my email doesn't work on any browser (have tried firefox, chrome and IE).

I have resent your downloads email.  Please do the following:

1.  Restart your computer

2.  Open a Google Chrome or Firefox web browser.  Do not use Internet Explorer.

3.  Navigate to your email client website. Login in to your email client website.  Open the Inbox.  Find the email from me.

4.  Click the download link in the email to begin another download.

5.  Please read this KB article about downloading issues and how to resolve them:

Starry Night is not supported on iOS. You can download and install Starry Night onto WIndows 7/8/10 and Mac OS X 10.7+

So, I’m using google chrome on an IPhone 6s. I would use ANY app to download mp3 audio files, but it would just open up a new tab, playing the audio, but no download button or anything. I would even check if it actually downloaded, and it wouldn’t download. What do I do? It’s ok if you can’t find a solution. 😉

Starry Nightis not supported on iOS (iPhone, iPad). Starry Night can be installed on Windows 10 (Windows PC) and macOS 10.11 and higher (Macbook, iMac).

Hello,

I am trying to add a new comet to the database in Starry Night 8 Pro Plus. I was using the orbiter editor for the first time. I entered all required data. Next I was trying to download an image from the surface model tab using download. It took me to the starry night home page with there was an unusual saying "The page you were looking for doesn't exist. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved."
According to the manual this download link under the surface model tab from the Orbiter Editor was suppose to take us a site where we can download .3ds models. For whatever the reason I am unable to provide screen shot. Is there a solution to this problem.

In addition, I spoke to someone in customer support and they indicated that a new version of Starry Night will be released next year. Is this true? There are those of us who are hanging on hoping an wishing for something new to surface. Are there plans for a future release next year?
