Error Message: MSVCR100.dll was not found.

Error Message: Unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

The MSVCR100.dll Error message can be resolved by installing the following software

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999

    Install both of the following:

    vcredist_x64.exe - For 64bit systems
    vcredist_x86.exe - For 32bit systems

Note: you will need administrator rights in order to install this software (which, if you don't have, is possibly why it did not install along with the rest of Starry Night in the first place).
