    The issue you are experiencing results from having run the updater while the Starry Night application was still open and running. This is not a big problem. All you need to do is run the updater again.  However, make sure that Starry Night is not running at the same time. Once you run the updater, it will correct the Starry Night application, and make it both functional and up-to-date!
