came one once then will not start

None of this information has helped me. The first link was not available to me and the second link in the comments did not work. I need to get help or I am going to fail one of my college courses and I will not be able to graduate. SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!

Error Message: Unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

The MSVCR100.dll Error message can be resolved by installing the following software

At the link above the only option that you need to choose between would be:

vcredist_x64.exe - For 64bit systems
vcredist_x86.exe - For 32bit systems

This IS the solution. If you install one component and still get the same error message then please install the other component as well!
